The program is assisted by Fundacion Para La Salud Los Angeles Paraguay-China to donate 30 ear thermometers to Hospital Los Angeles Paraguay – China. The donation was made on November 16th, 2021 at the hospital. The hospital director Dra. Dolly Valdez received the donation with sincere gratitude. Cónsul de la República de China en Ciudad del Este Chun-pin Chang, Foundation Supervisor Feng-wen Guo and board members have all attended. Cónsul Chang said this meaningful contribution enhanced friendship and engagement between both countries, and also elevated public diplomacy.
